1. Have attained the age of three (3). A birth certificate must be presented as proof of age.

2. Is toilet trained.

3. Present evidence of a physical examination and evidence that the student is free of contagious diseases from a licensed practicing medical authority, by order of the Board of Health. A certificate of immunization from a licensed, practicing medical authority must be presented. Forms # DH3040 and #DH680 should be obtained from your doctor.

Students who are unable or fail to comply with the above requirements will not be admitted.

STUDENT WITHDRAWAL

In case of voluntary withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the school in writing, one month in advance. Lack of notification will result in forfeiture of the May tuition.

PLACEMENT OF STUDENTS

To start, students will be placed in classes according to their chronological age. As the year progresses, children may be transferred to another class in order to better meet their needs.
